Message from our CEO

At Science Arts, our mission statement is “Cutting-edge DX solutions for frontline workers, creating a society filled with vibrant working environments.” Through our frontline communication service “Buddycom”, we aim to solve the real-world issues of those who work in the field in various industries, with voice and visual communication.

It’s said that approximately 80% of the global workforce can be categorized into frontline workers, and even in our native Japan, it is said that 47% of the workforce is in this category. However, the total investment capital going towards startups that deal with frontline worker-facing services around the world is only 1% of the total. In such an environment, Buddycom has evolved beyond a simple audio communication tool, utilizing its strength as a cloud-based service and our technological breakthroughs made in-house, to allow for video and graphical communication. If you can connect to the internet, you can connect anywhere in the world, and through the accumulation of digital data, Buddycom has become a communication tool the likes of which have never been seen before.

We will continue to endeavor in creating a better society, in which frontline workers can work together, in happy, vibrant workplaces, through providing innovative DX platforms.

Origin of Company Name

All intellectual endeavors of man can be explained in one part, through “Science”, by logic and empirical evidence, but counter to this, there is also the element of “Art” behind our actions that is difficult to reason and methodologically explain, involving personal skill and experience unique to each of us.

We believe that we can approach “true perfection” by adding simple and beautiful Arts to technically perfect Science.
